    8oz-roast beef
    8-large eggs
    8oz-asiago cheese shreddred
    1 cup-heavy cream
    1 cup chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste


pre heat oven 400 degrees spray 9"-10"pie pan with pam .chop onions and saute til tender 2-3 mins. chop beef put in bottom of pie pan top with onions and cheese mix eggs and cream whisk together pour on top of beef mixture bake for
35-40 minutes
