    Chicken Breast, no skin, ground, 32 ounces
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove minced
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 6 cup
    Salsa, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large chopped


Combine ground chicken breast, salt, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, garlic minced, and ground red pepper in a large bowl.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Brown chicken stirring to separate the meat. Drain and discard fat, Add tomatoes, salsa and chopped onion, mix well.

Transfer mixture in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours
