Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb gound turkey
    1 package taco seasoning
    1/2 cup water
    1 can black beans (14.5 oz)
    I cup frozen corn
    1 tsp cumin
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup chopped green peppers
    1 cup chopped onions
    cheddar Cheese, lettuce, cilantro, and sour cream (all optional)


1. Brown tukey with onions and g. peppers
2. add taco seasoning mix, water, salsa, beans (drained), corn and allow it to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened.
3. Crush tostitos and put taco mix on top. Cover with cheese, lettuce, cilantro and sour cream (optional)

Makes appx 6 servings
