Ingredients

    saute onions, turkey, add sauce, season with garlic, salt and cinammon

    peel eggplant, slice in 1/4 in slices, spray with Pam and put under oven broiler.

    layer eggplant with sauce until all ingredients used up. cover and bake for 1hour...the classic calls for a bechamel sauce eggs and milk which I skip here.

    I wanted to make this recipe, but since there are no quantities listed for the ingredients, I did not know how of to use. Will certainly try it once the quantites are added! - 2/4/09
