    2 cups chopped broccoli
    2 cups chopped cauliflour
    1.5 cups of cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    5 cups of chicken stock
    2 tbsp olive oil
    A dash of salt and pepper


Put olive oil into pan and fry onion till soft.
Add broccoli & cauliflour along with chicken stock and simmer for 1 hour
Place into blender and blend till smooth
Add salt and pepper to taste and add cheese at the last minute.
