Number of Servings: 22


    1 1/4 c. crispy brown rice cereal
    1 1/4 c. old fashioned oats
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp cinnamon or as you like
    1/4 c. shredded coconut, unsweetened
    1 c. apple sauce, unsweetened
    3 tbs. ground flax seeds
    0.4 c. maple syrup
    1 tbs. honey or agave syrup
    1/4 c. each chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds.
    2 tbs. peanutbutter
    2 tbs. sesame seeds


Preheat oven at 325 F. Mix all the ingredients and press into a baking dish. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Bake for about 20 min. Let cool for 10 minutes and slice into 22 bars.
