    1/2 cup mexican rice
    1/2 cup pinto beans
    3 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 cup shredded lettuce


put rice, beans and chicken into a plastic container and freeze.

To Reheat: Microwave on high for three minutes. Stir and continue heating if necessary. Add shredded lettuce and salsa and serve.
