Ingredients

    * Creamed Cottage Cheese, 12 oz
    * Egg, fresh, 4 small
    * *Pesto Sauce, 0.25 cup

Directions

Spread a thin layer of pesto on the bottom of the souffle dish. Beat the eggs and cheese. Season as desired. Pour into the dish and bake until firm.
