Ingredients

1 pound shrimps (clean)
1 small onion sliced
1 green peppers in strips
5 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chicken bouilion
Directions
In a large skillet heat the oil. Add the garlic and cook until becoming light brown. Add the shrimps. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir. Add chicken bouilion until disolve. Add 2 tbsp of water. Stir. Add onion and green peppers and cook for one minute. Add salt to taste. Serve over lettuce leaves or rice.
