    1 lb. cubed steak
    1 med onion coarsely chopped
    1 stalk celery cut into 2 inch sections
    5 potatoes, cut in half
    3 medium carrots, cut into thirds
    1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1/4 tsp dried sage
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
    3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce


Layer in your slow cooker potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion. Lay steaks on top. In a bowl, mix together with a fork cream of mushroom soup, two cans of water, Worcestershire Sauce and seasonings. Pour soup mixture over all.

Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low.

Add something green (salad, green beans, asparagus or brocolli) for a quick and easy well balanced meal!
