    *Couscous (dry), 0.5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 6.5 fl oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium (remove)
    *Summer Squash, .75 cup, sliced (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 4 fl oz (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .10 cup (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 2 oz (remove)


Combine water and dry couscous in bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Let it sit when the vegetables are cooked.

Chop up the zucchini and squash into bite size pieces. Chop onion and mince garlic. Pour the olive oil into a pan and add the onion and garlic until it's lightly browned. Add squash cooking until the squash is still slightly tender. Add shrimp until done.

In another container, combine broth, soy sauce, and flour stirring to mix. Add to the veggies and shrimp. Let cook until the mixture has thickened slightly. Top 1/2 of the couscous with the veggies and shrimp.
