    Combine 1.5 TBSP of whole wheat flour with salt, pepper, tsp paprika, tsp oregano
    and minced garlic- 1 clove

    Dip 0.5 breast in egg white and cover with flour mixture

    0.5 TB of olive oil


Heat olive oil in skillet and fry breast
