2 egg yolks

CRUST:
Knead together all ingredients for the crust (I used the bread hook on my mixer). Press into a 12" tart pan (a pizza pan with sides would work too).

Peel and slice apples thin. Arrange apple slices on crust in a circle pattern working from outer edge in - overlapping lightly. Leave an empty circle in the middle. Fill the center with blueberries. Dot the raspberries around the layers of apples.
Lightly brush the melted butter over all of the apple slices. Sprinkle lightly with splenda/sugar blend then sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Apples will brown slightly along the edges.
