Introduction

A new take on an old favorite A new take on an old favorite
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 1/2 chicken breasts with skin
    1 Large Onion chopped
    1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
    1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
    2 Cups chopped celery
    1 Cup shredded carrots
    1tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
    1tsp Lemon Grass
    1tsp Oregano
    1tsp Cumin
    1tsp Ground chilli pepper
    1tsp Crushed red pepper

Directions

Boil chicken in 8 cups water for 45 minutes, remove from broth and cube discarding the skin. Cut and cube all vegetables and add with chicken back to broth. Cook over low heat 30 minutes(broth should simmer slightly).
Add spices while simmering.
Stir in uncooked egg noodles, simmer an additional 30 minutes then the soup is ready to serve. Leftovers the 2nd day are even better.
