This could also be cooked in a Slow Cooker on Low. This could also be cooked in a Slow Cooker on Low.
Number of Servings: 4


    18oz (@500g) Lamb Cubed (not small pieces)
    1 1/2 cups sliced Onions
    2oz (35g) pkt Onion Soup Dry, Salt Reduced
    1 Tblspn Brown Sugar
    1/8 Tsp Dried Rosemary
    1/8 Tsp Dried Mint
    1 1/2 cups Boiling Water


Preheat oven (if using) to 350 F (180 C)

Spray skillet with canola spray and saute lamb and onions until browned. Place into casserole dish.

Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the lamb and onions.

Cover and cook for 40 minutes. Remove cover and cook for a further 30 minutes.

Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Greens.
