This can be used as a side dish with any meal. This can be used as a side dish with any meal.

    *Minute Rice, 6 cup cooked
    Scrambled Egg, 2 large
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


Heat oil in skillet. Scramble the two eggs in the oil first, then add the cooked rice. Stir until blended well. Add soy sauce and stir until all is coated.
Use as a side dish to any stir fried vegetables and meat or fish you like.
