Ingredients

    1/8 cup Corn Starch
    1 cup Regular Oats, dry
    1/8 cup Brown Sugar
    2 tbs Butter, unsalted, melted
    6 small Pears, fresh, peeled and diced
    10 Mi-Del Gluten Free Ginger Snap Cookies, crumbled
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Directions

Toss pears with cornstarch and half of the sugar, and place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of pears. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
