Ingredients

    3 Tyson boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 c seedless grapes
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 c diced celery
    1.5 c Kraft mayo w/olive oil
    1 c chopped walnuts
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    12 Kangaroo pita pockets (1/2 pita)
    12 leafs romaine lettuce

Directions

Boil chicken til tender;drain and cube. Chop onion, celery, walnuts, grapes. Add chicken; mix in mayo and mustard. Warm pita pockets in microwave. Place 1 leaf romaine in each pocket along with 1/4 c chicken salad. ENJOY!
