    6 oz. dry farfalle pasta
    .75 lb. 93% lean ground beef
    1 14.5-oz can Italian-style diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. 2% cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    3 oz. fat free cream cheese


Cook pasta according to directions on the box; drain and set aside.
Brown meat in skillet. Drain fat and return meat to skillet.
Add tomatoes to the meat--do not drain the tomatoes.
Bring to a simmer.
Add cheeses gradually, stirring between additions to allow for even melting.
Add in pasta and stir until heated and creamy.
