Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup Smart Balance spread
    1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup Dutch process cocoa
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Beat at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt - stir well. Pour mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Let stand 3 minutes or until morsels soften. Spread softened morsels over brownies. Let cool on a wire rack.

Yield: 8 large brownies (serving size 1 brownie)
