    Shrimp, raw, 10 large
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Garlic, 1 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


Toss, separately, in the olive oil, cabbage (until trannsparent), carrots, green beans, green peppers and shallots, and keep aside mixed. Fry the garlic and add shrimps. When almost done, add the mixed tossed vegetables and soya sauce. Can be had with boiled rice or on boiled noodles or spagetti too.
