    2 lbs Boneless skinnless chicken breast and thighs cubed
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    5 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
    5 tbsp paprika
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp rubbed sage
    1 tsp rosemary crushed
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 cups flour
    chicken seasoning of your choice


Heat olive oil in deep skillet, add chopped garlic. When garlic is hot add chicken cubes and sautee until cooked thoroughly adding sage and chicken spices to taste. In another skillet sautee onions and celery with olive oil and garlic. Combine both chicken and sauteed vegitables in stock pot, add chicken stock and simmer on low heat. Mix together eggs, flour to a paste consistancy. adding water if texture is too thick and flour if too thin. In large pot of boiling water, drop small amounts (not quite 1/2 tsp size) into water and cook until dumplings rise to surface. Add dumplings into chicken and veggie pot. Add peprika, and sour cream. Simmer for 20 while adjusting salt to taste. Serves 6
