    2 cups All bran cereal
    3 mashed bananas
    2/3 cup buter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs

    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp grund allspice
    1/4 tsp ground cloves


About 1-2 hours before starting, soak All Bran in just enough water to cover to soften.

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices together.

Mix softened bran and banana together.

Cream butter and sugar together til fluffy. Add the eggs and beat thoroughly.

Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternatly with bran-banana mixture.

Fill cupcake bake cups in cupcake tin about 2/3 full with batter.

Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or so or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Yields approx 16 muffins
