    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup non fat milk
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp cooking oil
    1 egg beaten
    non stick spray

    Orange sauce
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    3/4 cup water
    2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
    11 oz can mandarin orange sections drained
    1 tbsp chopped walnuts


Combine flours. baking powder and 1/8 tsp salt. Combine milk, oil and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Fold in egg.

Spray a cold griddle with nonstick spray coating. For each pancake pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook till brown. turning when pancakes have bubblu surfaces. Serve with orange sauce.

Orange Sauce
Combine sugar with constarch. Stir in water and orange juice concentrate. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Stir in mandarin oranges and walnuts.
