Ingredients

    Beans, red kidney, 5 cup
    concentrated crushed tomatoes, 3.25 cup (one can)
    Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chillies, 3 cup (one can)
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    Ham, regular 1 cup, diced (ham bone with meat)
    Two chopped onions
    match stick carrots, 1 cup
    rice, 1 cup

Directions

I use one bag of dried beans. Soak over night. Drain water. Rinse beans and then put more water on top. Then put ham with meat in pot cook on low until meat falls off of bone. Remove bone put chopped onion in pot. Last hour put tomatoes both cans in pot. Serve with crackers or corn bread. Cooks for about 8 - 10 hours.
