I make this meatloaf for our frozen lunches. I absolutely love it! I make this meatloaf for our frozen lunches. I absolutely love it!
Number of Servings: 10


    2 lbs lean ground beef
    2 large eggs
    1 cup plain breadcrumbs
    1 cup raw onion, chopped
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp pepper
    2 tbsp. worscheshire sauce

    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup barbecue sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except ketchup and barbecue sauce in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf and put into a loaf pan. Bake in oven for 45 minutes. Mix together ketchup and barbecue sauce. Pour over meatloaf. Return loaf to oven for another 15 minutes or until done.
