Ingredients

    wild rice whole dry box with seasoning
    Chicken - 1 cup cooked, chopped
    *Potato, raw, 2 small, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Chicken Broth, 6 cups
    Fat free half and half, 1.5 cup

Directions

In broth, simmer chopped potato and celery and contents of wild rice box with seasonings until tender (about 30 minutes). Add chicken, spinach, half and half, and spices to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.). Simmer a few more minutes to heat. Serve!
