    1 lb Acorn Squash, cooked
    2 Tbsp I Can't Believe it's not Butter Light
    2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Packed
    1/8 tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tbsp Honey


Poke 3 or 4 holes around center of squash. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave squash 5 minutes, flip and microwave 5 more minutes. Cut squash open along slits. Allow to cool about 5 minutes. Scoop out squash mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients.
Makes 4 1/2 c servings.
