Introduction

Ingredients

    XL Bag Success Boil in Bag Brown Rice
    1 can (10.5 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 of the soup can water
    1/4 C. Canned Diced tomatoes
    1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Makes about 5, 1 Cup servings.

-Boil rice as instructed.
-Preheat oven to 375F
-When rice is done pour into a oven safe dish.
-Stir in all ingredients, except cheese.
-Add some cheese to stir in and then sprinkle the rest on top.
-Bake for about 10min. or until hot.
