Introduction

My mom makes the BEST goulash! I've modified her recipe a bit to make it a bit healthier. My mom makes the BEST goulash! I've modified her recipe a bit to make it a bit healthier.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups (uncooked) whole wheat elbow macaroni

    1/2 pound extra lean ground turkey

    1 can diced tomatoes

    1 can tomato sauce

    1 can (drained) whole kernel corn

    Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package. Meanwhile, brown ground turkey in a large, deep skillet (like a wok but with a flat bottom. (Add onions while browning for flavor if desired).

Drain macaroni & add to turkey. Add tomatoes, sauce, and corn. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, & pepper as desired.

Serve!

After cooking, you may put in a crock pot to keep warm & eat whenever you want.

Makes approx. 6 1-cup servings.
