    Ground beef, lean, 1.35 lb
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 3 slice, crumbled
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 1/4 cup
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)


Pre-heat oven 350 degrees

In bowl whip an egg then add and combine-mix the beef, chopped onions, chopped celery, worcestershire sauce, bread crumples-crumbs, and the milk. Press the meatloaf into a round pie pan or loaf pan. Sprinkle with allspice. Squeeze your ketchup on top like lightly frosting a cake. Poke holes into your meatloaf with a fork.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8
