    1 Lb. Ground turkey
    Small pkg. of Thin spaghetti
    1 small onion
    1 small can of mushroom pieces
    1 t. garlic powder
    2 t. salt
    1 t. pepper


In a large pot boil water for pasta.
Spray skillet with Cooking Spray. Combine chopped onions, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper over medium heat and cook for approx. 5 minutes.
Add Ground turkey and cook until fully done. Add Pasta to boiling water and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. ( a drop of oil will keep pasta from sticking together)
Add Marinara sauce to meat and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Drain water from pasta and transfer to serving bowls. Top with sauce and serve.
