Ingredients

2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
2-4 tbsp of sugar
1 container of activia or yoplait strawberry yogurt
2.5 cups/or about 2 generous size scoops of no sugar added ice cream(i found that the "Great Value" brand at walmart gives it a real unique flavor
8-12 large ice cubes
Directions
Makes about 24-30 oz.
I like to buy my berries in a 16oz container from my local grocery store then cut them in fourths.
ingredients can be added in any order. Ingredients with with varied amounts, start with least amount, then add as desired.
blend untill smooth then refrigerate(if your not going to drink it right away)
feel free to try with other fruits you can add a whole bannana to this one to make a strawberry/bannana smoothie.
Mango/raspberry is another good one, or pomegranate/blueberry
You can also add a scoop of vanilla or strawberry protein powder to give you a better boost of energy so that your not hungry again in 20 minutes.(i prefer BSN's syntha-6 protien)
