Wonderful and hearty meal the whole family will love! Wonderful and hearty meal the whole family will love!
Number of Servings: 6


    6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lbs) (trimmed of fat)
    1 21 oz can of apple pie filling
    1 6 oz package stuffing mix (prepared)


Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Spread the apple pie filling in bottom of baking dish. Top with pork chops and (prepared) stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook an additional 10 minutes until chops are cooked through. (Meat should be at 160°F)

Make 6 servings (1 chop with about 3/4 cup of fillings on top)
