Introduction

This is pretty low in calories and high in vitamins. This is pretty low in calories and high in vitamins.

Ingredients

    2 pkg. shirataki noodles
    1.5 cups low sodium vegetable broth
    2 red peppers
    3 cups kale
    1 tblsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. bragg's amino acid

Directions

Rinse noodles well. Par boil then rinse again. Wash and cut peppers and kale. Put oil in pan and stir fry veggies with Bragg's. When well cooked add vegetable broth and noodles. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
