This is a quick easy side dish. Add shrimp or diced chicken for a complete meal. This is a quick easy side dish. Add shrimp or diced chicken for a complete meal.
Number of Servings: 6


    7 oz Whole Wheat Pasta
    10 oz frozen spinach
    1 small white onion
    1 cup pepper strips
    1 cup green beans
    3 gloves garlic
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray


Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile thaw spinach and chop onions, peppers, and green beans.

In a skillet over medium heat, sprayed with Pam, sautee onions, peppers and green beans for approximately 10 minutes or until tender. Add spinach (drained of excess water) and cook additional 2 minutes.

In pot used to cook pasta add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and garlic, cook on low heat until oil is hot. Add pasta, vegetables, and parmesan cheese. Stir until coated. Pasta dish is ready to serve.

Makes 6 Servings.
