Ingredients

    1- pizzia crust med
    6 med sl red onion cut into 1/4s
    3/4 c lg chopped red pepper
    3 med plum tomatoes diced
    15 lg bl olives sliced
    8 oz flank steak ( sliced into 1 in thin pieces)
    2 cups shredded mozz cheese
    Layer meat & vegies ( except for olives& 1/3 of tomatoes) on crust. Bake for 15 min on 425. Add 1/2 of cheese, bake another 5-8 min.. Add rest of tomatoes and olives, top with rest of cheese bake for 8-10 min.

    pre-heat oven to 450. then turn down to 425.
    makes 12 serv.
