Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken Breast (cubed)
    2 Tbsp. Oil
    1 C Green Pepper chopped
    1 C Onion chopped
    1 C Carrots chopped
    1/3 C Sugar
    1 Can of Pineapple Chunks; drained
    1/4 C Cornstarch
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce


Directions

Combine cornstarch, 1/4 cup water and soy sauce; add chicken. Marinate 5 minutes, coating chicken with mixture.

In large skillet or wok, heat oil. Remove chicken from marinade with slotted spoon and stir-fry until browned; remove from pan.

Stir fry vegetables; return chicken to pan.

Combine seasoning, sugar, catsup and 1 1/2 cups water; blend well. Add to chicken mixture and simmer 5 minutes.

Make rice as directed on box.
