    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 cans of cream corn (no salt added)
    Mashed Potatoes made from 5 potatoes
    1 c Fat Free cheddar cheese


Brown beef, drain. Put on bottom of casserole dish, top with 2 cans of cream corn, then top that with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with fat free cheese. Put in oven at 350 for about 20 mins.
