    2 eggs
    3 ripe small bananas
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 T oil
    1/2 c oats (ground into flour)
    1/2 c bread flour
    1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c fiber one cereal (ground)
    1 t baking soda
    2 T fiber sure
    1 scoop protein powder
    1/3 c dried blueberries choc chips


Whip bananas and sour cream. Add egg, oil, and sugar. In a blender, blend fiber one and oats. Add all dry ingredients until just mixed. Add blueberries. Pour 1/3 cup of mix into 10 muffin tins. Bake 14 min at 350.
