Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup chopped
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Fat Free Mozzarella, 3/4 cup
    gia russa whole grain bread crumbs, 3/4 cup

    plus additional seasonings to your taste
    I used red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and italian season

Directions

Chop spinach, then combine by hand with turkey, mushrooms, onion, cheese, and egg. Add bread crumbs and seasons and form into a loaf and place in glass dish. Bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour.
