    4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
    2 tbsp flour
    2 tsp ground Ginger
    1/2 cup Soy Sauce
    1 cup pineapple chunks (canned)
    2 cups frozen broccoli
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp fresh or minced garlic
    4-5 cups cooked rice


Cook chicken breasts until no longer pink. Cut into cubes. In a large frying pan heat oil, garlic, and ginger. Add BBQ sauce, water, soy sauce, onion powder, and pepper. Bring to a slow boil. Mix flour with 1/4 cup water and add to boiling sauce to thicken. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
