Introduction

These are super easy and can be made for one or more, just do the math. You can also substitute yourfavorite berry fresh or frozen. These make their own serving cups and have been a big hit at my bbqs. These are super easy and can be made for one or more, just do the math. You can also substitute yourfavorite berry fresh or frozen. These make their own serving cups and have been a big hit at my bbqs.

Ingredients

    1/3 c Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    2 T Splenda
    1/4 t flavoring, I use almond
    1/4 water
    3/4 c frsh Blackberries
    2 T Splenda if needed

Directions

Toss 2 T Splenda with Berries and let sit while you prepare batter. Mix Bisquick with Splenda. Add Flavor and water,mix well. Spray a large muffin tin with spray oil. I spray my fingers too to prevent sticking. Press mix into muffin tin up sides. Fill with berries. Cook in hot grill for 15-20 mins or bake in 375 oven for 15-20 mins. Serve warm with cool whip free.
