Although named brownies, these come out like a heavy cake (but taste GREAT).

Buttermilk, lowfat, 0.50 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Canola Oil, 1 cup (remove)
Zucchini, 2.50 cup, sliced (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Semisweet chocolate, 1.50 cup large chips (remove)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1.75 cup (remove)
Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)

Ingredients

    Beat together oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla
    Add Dry ingredients alternately with milk
    Beat in SHREDDED Zucchini and mix in 1/2 the chocolate chips. Pour into 11 x 15 greased/floured pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over the top.

Directions

Bake 25-30 minutes
