    1 can fat free refried beans
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup shredded mexi cheese
    garlic powder, salt and pepper


Add all ingredients into a microwave safe dish. Heat for 2-5 min until heated through. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Eat with chips, or on a whole wheat tortilla shell. Yumo
