    onion,zucchini,ham or canadian bacon,egg whites and 4 eggs, salt and pepper to taste and cheese.


bake at 350 in a 9 x 13 dish. spray with pam. you can use other veggies and cut in 12 pieces. Makes good sandwich on low fat english muffin.
