Introduction

This dip is low on everything but taste! Great with veggies, crackers or chips. This dip is low on everything but taste! Great with veggies, crackers or chips.

Ingredients

    1 8z oz container light sour cream
    ¼ cup low fat buttermilk
    2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    ½ tsp dried dill weed
    ¼ tsp salt(optional)
    ¼ tsp minced fresh garlic
    1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

In medium bowl stir together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until flavors are well blended (about 2 hours). Garnish as desired.
