    Canned Lima Beans, 1/2 cup, G.V., .25 serving (remove)
    Okra, Fresh, G.V. ,1/2 cup or 5 pods, .25 serving (remove)
    Corn, canned sweet whole kernel 1/2 cup, .25 serving (remove)


pan broil on stovetop until warm & tomato is done.
Add onion, garlic, salt & pepper according to taste.

  • I used dried limas, soaked overnight they took only 5 minutes to cook the next day. And canned stewed tomatoes. Last time I made succatash it wasn't quite right, then I saw your recipe... OKRA! I forgot the okra! Made yours and it was perfect! Thanks! - 7/28/09
