Introduction

This is a quick easy recipe. It goes wonderful with rice or vegetables. This is a quick easy recipe. It goes wonderful with rice or vegetables.

Ingredients

    14 oz (1 block) firm Tofu, cubed
    6 garlic cloves (or 1 TBS pre-minced)
    2 sprigs fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)
    4 TBS oyster flavored sauce
    1 TBS white wine (or sherry)
    1 tsp sesame oil


Directions

Makes 3 servings.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray and saute garlic and tofu until fragrant and browned. Add oyster sauce, wine, basil and sesame oil. Stir thoroughly. Cook until sauce thickens. Serve.
