    5lb log of bologna
    3 medium onions, finely diced or shredded
    2 cups sweet pickle relish
    10 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped up
    2 cups more of less of mayo
    1/4 cup sugar, to taste


Grind 5 lb log of bologna up finely. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Chill mixture in bowl with lid until cool. Serve on bread as sandwich, or over crackers. Makes appx 50 1/2 cup servings.
